CURRENT STAGE 4 RESTRICTIONS from COVID-19 in MELBOURNE, effective August 6th 2020:
All Osteopaths have been instructed by the department of health to see only URGENT cases in the clinic during stage 4 restrictions. Routine appointments will NOT be allowed under the current guidelines.
We are however available for face to face appointments with acute urgent cases only, whereby we are following strict hygiene protocols.
If you book an appointment (online or via phone), your appointment will ONLY be confirmed by your treating Osteopath once they have called you - the day before or on the day of your appointment. Your Osteopath needs to ensure that you fit the criteria to be seen in clinic set forth by the DHHS. You will have to answer questions relating to your complaint, as well as a COVID questionnaire screen before we can permit you to come onsite for an appointment.
We are still here for you!! If your complaint is not urgent, we can still see you for Telehealth appointments via video or phone to provide advice for pain management.
We thank you for your understanding and time in this matter, and appreciate your patience as we are all faced with difficult challenges during these unprecedented times.
